Very pleased to have found Jack. I will be keeping the company details handy for any future electrical work. I found Jack to be personable, knowledgable, punctual and very neat in his work. Jack resolved our issue, labelled our system for ease in the future and also tidied up some of the wires left after work by a previous company.

Last year JS Electrical fitted an extractor fan in my bathroom and down lights in my lounge. I was really pleased with what Jack did. I found him polite, punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. He was happy to give electrical advice and help me select the products he fitted. It’s worth noting as well that he is extremely tidy and cleans up any mess he makes.
Recently I had some other electrical jobs that needed doing. I had no hesitation in getting Jack back to complete them. I had some electrical products that needed PAT testing and an issue with a cooker tripping out. As a result I ended up having all my electrics checked and he identified a couple of issues that needed attention. This included hard wiring in a couple of smoke alarms. All issues were resolved and he provided the same excellent service as before. I felt comfortable leaving him in the house alone while I went off to work.
Good trades people are very difficult to find but Jack is an excellent contact for electrical work. I’d have no hesitation recommending Jack or giving him a 5 star review.

Jack carried out a whole list of electrical jobs at our home recently. Jack responded to our initial enquiry promptly and was able to arrange a visit and quote soon after.
While Jack was working at our house he was always on time, polite and a very clean and tidy worker. He was able to advise and make recommendations. We have struggled to find a good electrician for several years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack and we will certainly be using Jack again for some future projects we have planned.
